Jenna Arnone, LMSW

Jenna graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication studies from the University of Michigan in 2017 and graduated with a master’s degree in social work from Wayne State University in 2019. She also received a certificate in gerontology from Wayne State University and has gained practice in working with adults of all ages through roles in both therapeutic case management and one on one interpersonal therapy.

Jenna’s practice is client centered with a focus on creating a judgment free, safe environment in each session. She prioritizes empathy and validation techniques that support positive self-reflection and emphasize the natural strengths of each client. Jenna aims to maintain a comfortable, trusting, and productive rapport between client and therapist that will promote the client achieving their therapeutic goals. She acknowledges the unique differences that lie within every person and the importance of a flexible therapeutic approach in meeting these unique needs. 

Jenna utilizes an ample range of therapeutic tools and methodologies that will be specifically catered to the client’s individual needs. She borrows concepts from Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Task-Centered Therapy, and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy). 

Currently, Jenna is scheduling with individuals ages 18 and up. She has experience servicing clients facing various challenges including special interests in anxiety, grief, caregiver support, and transitions of life.
