Brian is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who has a particular passion for helping people to manage ADHD, Autism, and the many issues that can develop because of living with these conditions.

He also has experience working with anxiety and mood disorders as well as grief and trauma. Brian believes that his role is to create custom therapy for each person he works with. Every person has unique goals, values, struggles, and strengths, so he will tailor the treatment to reflect that. Brian pulls strategies from several different modalities to achieve this. He is a believer in the power of therapeutic relationships, and the importance of trust and vulnerability in the healing process. He will follow your lead and help identify the barriers to living the life you want to live, then work with you to get past those barriers. Brian is currently accepting new clients and is scheduling individuals 16 and up.

We are excited to have Brian come on board the practice. He is available to see private pay only clients at this time and is in the process of panelling with insurances. Please reach out if you’d like to schedule an appointment.
