About Brian

Brian Neau, LMSW, is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and related executive functioning and emotional challenges. With over a decade of clinical experience, Brian brings compassion, insight, and a strong commitment to creating a more inclusive therapeutic space for neurodivergent clients.

In addition to his work with neurodivergent individuals, Brian also provides therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, helping clients navigate difficult life experiences with empathy and practical tools for healing and growth.

Therapy Approach

Brian believes that effective therapy starts with truly understanding the individual. He works collaboratively with each client to build a customized treatment plan that reflects their goals, values, and strengths.

His integrative approach draws from several evidence-based modalities, and he places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for change. Brian fosters a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can build trust, express vulnerability, and work through the barriers that may be holding them back from a more meaningful life.
